In this post, I’m sharing a delicious turkey meatball recipe with you, along with two additional chicken dishes that you’re sure to love. Let’s dive into the details!
Turkey Meatballs Recipe
You’ll need:
2 lb (900g) ground turkey
2 eggs
1/2 cup (30g) Panko breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Sweet potatoes (for serving)
Start by mixing the ground turkey with eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, shallot, and salt. Form meatballs using an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon. You should get about 40 meatballs from this batch! To make this easier, oil your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Next, heat olive oil and butter in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Once they’re golden, set them aside. For the sauce, melt some butter in the same pan, add flour to thicken, then pour in chicken stock, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and mayonnaise. Simmer for 2 minutes, return the meatballs to the pan, and cook for another 7 minutes.
For the sweet potatoes, boil them until soft, then mash with butter for a creamy, flavorful side.
Chicken Recipes
I also have two scrumptious chicken recipes for you:
Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Tomatoes Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Bake alongside potatoes and tomatoes, topped with Munster cheese and mayonnaise for extra flavor!
Creamy Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms Brown chicken thighs and set them aside. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and onions. Add garlic, Dijon mustard, and chicken stock to create a creamy sauce. Add the chicken back in, then simmer with sour cream for a rich and comforting dish.
I hope these recipes inspire you to get cooking! Whether you’re craving turkey meatballs or a hearty chicken dish, these meals are easy, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.
