  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 spring onion, sliced + extra for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for frying

Directions:
